Gestalt: A Holistic Approach

We are not made of separate parts: body, mind, and emotions are in constant dialogue with one another.

Gestalt invites us to see ourselves as a whole, and to recognize the full picture of who we are — not just the roles we play or the labels we carry.

In my work, I integrate a Gestalt perspective that sees each person as a dynamic whole shaped by body, mind, emotions, and environment.

This approach naturally resonates with Eastern disciplines, which have long understood the body as a path to awareness and the breath as a bridge between our inner and outer worlds.

In this way, Gestalt, yoga, and body-based practices become complementary tools for restoring balance, presence, and integration — a way to return to yourself and feel fully real in your wholeness.

Gestalt Can Be Especially Helpful For Those Who...

• you keep having the same conversations or issues, without things really changing;

• you notice patterns in how you communicate or react, but don’t know how to shift them;

• you feel tension, distance, or dissatisfaction in your relationship and don’t fully understand why;

• you struggle to understand what you actually need or feel, especially in key moments with your partner.

Core Principles

• Here and Now
What are you feeling and thinking in this moment — especially in real interactions with your partner?
We focus on what is happening now, because that’s where you can actually understand and shift things.

• Awareness
Change starts when you see clearly what you do, how you react, and what you feel in specific situations.
Instead of overthinking, we look at what actually happens.

• Contact and Boundaries
How do you relate when something doesn’t feel right?
Do you speak up, withdraw, adapt, or push?
We work on noticing your reactions and finding ways to stay in connection without losing yourself.

• Creative Adjustment
Every behavior you have in your relationship once made sense.
We look at your patterns and understand when they help you — and when they no longer do.

• Experiential Work
Instead of just talking, we work through situations together — replaying conversations, noticing reactions, and trying different ways of responding in real time.
