About Alice

My personal journey shaped the way I now show up for others—creating space to reconnect with themselves.

My Journey

I grew up with the feeling of not being truly seen and never being “enough” — moving through inner conflicts around identity, belonging, and comparison with others.
Those experiences, as painful as they were, eventually became the foundation of the work I do today with others.

My personal growth began through inner work grounded in yoga, self-exploration, and counseling.
I hold a Master’s degree in Humanistic Gestalt Counseling from Italy, and for over ten years I have worked with yoga, movement, and breath as tools for awareness and personal growth.

As Life Choice Mentor, supporting people through moments of transition, uncertainty, and change.

My work is a reflective, awareness-based mentoring process that helps people reconnect with themselves and their inner resources, clarify their needs and values, and move forward with more clarity and alignment.

Living abroad — in Spain and the United States — and having to study, work, and build meaningful relationships in a language that is not my own has been both a challenge and a resource.

It taught me deeply about displacement, identity, and the ability to access inner resources during times of uncertainty.

Training & Experience

Gestalt Humanistic Counseling

I completed a Master’s degree in Gestalt-oriented Counseling in Italy, centered on deep listening, awareness, and the integration of body, mind, and emotions.

Yoga & Movement

With over ten years of experience in teaching yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices that support access to what the mind often avoids in order to protect us.

Somatic Inquiry

Body-awareness practices that support reconnection with emotions and with parts of yourself that may have stayed hidden or unexpressed.

Cross-Cultural Experience

Through studying and working abroad, I came to understand how even challenging and demanding experiences play a meaningful role in shaping identity.

My Philosophy

I believe the body holds what the mind forgets.
Listening to it is an act of care and truth.

In my work, there’s space for all parts of your experience — doubts, emotions, and contradictions included.

I don’t believe in the philosophy of “becoming the best version of yourself.”

My work is about walking alongside you as you show up as who you are today — because this is where the fertile ground for growth and change begins.

If you don’t meet who you are now, real transformation becomes difficult.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space to slow down, feel, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hidden or silenced.

This is not about quick fixes or ready-made solutions, but about deep work, grounded in the body and in presence.

This work is a good fit for you if…
  • you are navigating a significant transition — grief, a move, shifts in relationships, or new life directions;

  • you struggle with feeling “enough”;

  • you want to find your own answers, rather than relying on other people’s suggestions;

  • you want to feel more at ease with yourself.

  • you hide parts of yourself to please others;

  • you’re seeking a space for deeper reflection and self-awareness;

  • you are looking for work that integrates mind and body;

  • you feel the need to move beyond “quick fixes” and explore yourself more deeply;
