About Alice
Il mio percorso personale ha influenzato il modo in cui oggi lavoro con gli altri — creando uno spazio in cui puoi capire cosa sta succedendo nella tua relazione e riconnetterti con te stessa.

My Journey
I grew up with the feeling of not being truly seen and never being “enough,” moving through inner conflicts around identity, belonging, and comparison.
Over time, those experiences became the foundation of the work I do today.
My personal growth started through yoga, self-exploration, and counseling.
I hold a Master’s degree in Humanistic Gestalt Counseling in Italy, I am a Relationship Coach and for over ten years I’ve worked with yoga, movement, and breath as tools to build awareness and reconnect with what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I work supporting women who are in relationships that still exist, but no longer feel good.
There may be tension, distance, confusion, or dissatisfaction — and a sense of being stuck without knowing what to do next.
My work is a reflective, awareness-based process that helps you understand what’s not working, reconnect with your needs, and find a clearer direction — whether that means changing how you show up in the relationship or rethinking it altogether.

Somatic Inquiry
Body-awareness practices that help you reconnect with your emotions and notice what your body is telling you — especially in moments of tension, distance, or discomfort in your relationship.
Cross-Cultural Experience
Through living and working abroad, I came to see how even difficult relationship experiences shape the way we see ourselves — and how we show up with others.
My Philosophy
I believe the body holds what words often miss.
Learning to listen to it can bring clarity to what doesn’t feel right.
When you don’t want to be touched, or you find yourself avoiding intimacy, your body is speaking — not against you, but for you.
In my work, there’s space for everything you’re experiencing — doubts, emotions, mixed signals — especially the parts that show up in your relationship and are hard to make sense of.
My work is about helping you understand what’s actually happening in your relationship — and how you’re showing up in it today.
Because if you don’t see clearly where you are now, it’s hard to change anything.
In our sessions, you’ll have a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with parts of yourself you may have pushed aside.
This isn’t about quick fixes or generic advice, but about understanding what’s not working and finding a way forward that actually fits you.
This work is a good fit for you if…
-
you’re going through a shift in your relationship and aren’t sure what it means or where it’s heading;
-
you keep questioning yourself and wondering if you’re asking for too much or not enough;
-
you want to trust your own perspective instead of second-guessing or relying on others;
-
you want to feel more grounded, clear, and at ease in yourself — especially within your relationship.
• you hold things in to avoid conflict, even when something doesn’t feel right;• you want to understand what’s actually not working in your relationship — and what to do about it;
• you’re trying to find a way to communicate without things escalating or shutting down;
• you want to feel closer, more seen, and more connected — without forcing it or losing yourself;
• you’re tired of going in circles and want a clearer direction on whether things can change or not.
